::DANCING TO "TRIBAL"::

Donny turned the big 22 on Tuesday! I decorated the apartment with crete paper and balloons while he was at work during the day. Because he got such a big birthday prezzie I teased him that he wasn't even getting a cake...that wasn't true! I made cupcakes and stuck little army men in them and took them to RC Willey while he was at work and shared them with everyone. I took the camera but forgot to take pictures!

He made a wish and blew out all of those candles!

Aimee brought over some Happy Birthday Chocolate milk...which Donny was SOOO happy to have! She even decorated it with stickers and everything! Thanks Aim!

Here's Donny's sounds system that he got for his birthday. We took this picture in our old apartment before we moved but don't worry, we have it alls et up again! He LOVES it! I have to admit it is pretty amazing.

He sure loves it! Look at that content face! The system is his baby right now. I will sit and study for school and he'll sit and read the Owner's Manual to find out all of the things it can do. (if he were sitting here he'd list all of them off...but they're a foreign language to me)

As you can see, our little TV is scared of the big sub! The sub is twice the size of the TV!

Since I had class on Tuesday night we didn't get to do a special dinner so we went out to lunch on Wednesday. We went to Tucanos, an all you can eat Brazilian grill that has AMAZING food!

This little post sits on the table and as long as the green side is up then they will keep bringing around different hot meats on skewers. When you're too full you can turn the red side up and they'll stop coming to the table.

My favorite is the grilled pineapple that they bring around...SOOO good! Our meat server guy always knew that he had to bring me more pineapple. He finally started giving me two slices every time he came by! (you can see some grilled pineapple on the right side of Donny's plate)

I was SOOO full at this point! I think I gained 7 pounds during this meal!
Donny decided to be brave and he ate a chicken heart! He said it was just really chewy (he was chewing on it for a while!)
While Donny was up at the salad bar I got our waitress and told her that we were celebrating his birthday. So a few minutes later a group of people came up to the table with a drum and annouced that they were going to sing Happy Birthday to him in Portugese and that he had to stand up and dance. Of course, I had the camera and recorded the whole thing! I laughed the rest of our meal because he had turned red! After he sat down he looked at me and said, "I can't dance to TRIBAL"...I just laughed and laughed and finally said, "It's not tribal, it's Portuguese!"
I'll try to post the video!

Here's his birthday icecream from Tucanos.
